覺得有很多地方感同身受。在美國讀書，常常get不到他們的笑點，常常感受到微歧視以及懷疑自己的social and emotional competence. 但是都會好的吧，繼續加油吧，努力纔會有改變。（Exceptional child 課上的讀物）

This book is filled with many interesting imagination, it's sort of like the "My Memories of Old Beijing" by Li Haiyin. But I prefer Lin's, since her work is deeper and full of pondering from a kid.

给这个年龄的孩子选择书的时候我会选择漫画类图形类的书，因为这个年龄对文字掌握的不是太多，而漫画类的书孩子自己仅看图就可以自己了解大概并有兴趣阅读下去，特别是纽伯瑞获奖的漫画书更是推荐给孩子。这本书是作者自传体，所以孩子非常能共情，让孩子能用不同视角看待他人...
