讀的很痛苦啊，自我揭露的太深刻瞭；we need to accept who we are, how we look; and the true nobility isn't about being better than anyone else, it's about being better than you used to be

Candid and relatable except the boring happy-ending | 其實人是不可能被任何外在事物“拯救”的——隻能是適應環境的産物——這點上Portia很是坦誠。| 如果看過Wasted的話，會覺得這本文筆和情感/思維深度都不夠（和Ellen相關的部分也不多），但仍然貴在其真實。對九十年代懷有記憶的人都知道存活不易（但貌似LA附近房價要比現在低得多？）

终于辗转看完了这本书。入坑是因为在b站看到了姬圈楷模Ellen和Portia的高糖剪辑。其中有一段，Portia含着眼泪说Ellen改变了她。带着好奇心，看了这本书。本来以为，这本自传跟世面上成千上万的自传一样，通过营造人设消费隐私的圈钱书，没想到却看到了一个异常真实的Portia。 P...
