Product Description The performers in "Virtuosi" were recorded over a period of three decades， beginning during the twilight of the acoustical era and concluding shortly before the commercial application of stereophony. Some of these interpretations are so celebrated that they have remained available since theor first day in release， but for the most part， these recordings have spent many of the years since the advent of stereo as collector's items， surfacing for a few years at a time as domestic or hard-to-find imported re-issues.
