base工作的教你如何积极面对工作总结一下我印象比较深的就是比起抱怨提出解决方案更重要/营造积极的工作氛围（比如常常夸人）很重要故事是基于一个职场单亲妈妈面对个人压力和公司危机如何调整心态面对一步一步走出来的故事有点浅（其实有点像国产职场剧）有点太理想化，但是全书结果是好的，职场烦恼也刻画的非常真实，除了和保安护士对话的部分有点上古情节的感觉以外（什么每次你看我都要笑笑但这一年你都没有了），算是一本积极的小书

不需要是一本书，可能一个blog post吧。Also kinda hard to get past the cheesy story. 道理当然是没有问题的。更希望若干年前看的那本the complaint free world
