情节还挺有趣的，虽然有点简单但是还算曲折，小细节很有意思，幽默感也比较足，就是高潮不够给力，略遗憾。8分吧。

对比于Roald的其他作品，本书没有天马行空的幻想，但多了父爱的温馨，捕鱼、放风筝、下药每个小故事都趣味盎然。另外Roald似乎有些仇富心理，他笔下的富人，好的不多。。。此外学校那段似乎也与整体故事联系不大。
