非常實用的技巧！主要是方法論的指引！知道真正善於學習的人究竟是怎麼學習的。通過這本書的啓發，可以自省過去多少時間是浪費在瞭 psudo study 上，學習效率本來應有多大潛力提高。

一些技巧很實用。reading 就是不應該選擇性，甚至不看r能看ppt就行為啥還讀課本。。。隻能說老師太扯淡，不給ppt讓你看書。。。如果罵能死人，已經死好幾遍
